Co-Founder · Executive Director, CARAF

Rebecca Aragon leads the Cole & Rebecca Aragon Foundation as its Executive Director, overseeing all grant-making, community partnerships, and reinvestment strategy. Her work is grounded in a simple conviction: that the communities we build in deserve to benefit from what we build.

Under her leadership, the Foundation operates not as a symbolic gesture but as an active operational arm of the Era Gone network — directing resources to neighborhoods, families, and organizations that make communities worth investing in.

Community Grants
